Message Center is a communication management tool that gives you an easy and efficient way to track the messages you send and receive from other Redpages.ph members. The benefits include:
- The ability to conveniently manage your Redpages.ph Inquiries and Quotations.
- A central location in which to store all of your messages.
On Redpages.ph, Inquiries are messages sent from buyers and Quotations are messages sent from sellers.
You can send messages to your intended party either by clicking the "Contact Now" button in the product page, or by directly clicking the "Send Message" tab in Message Center. To reply the messages in your Inbox, simply follow the steps: - In your "Inbox", click the "Subject" of the message of your intended party to open its details.
- Click " Reply" and send your Message.
You can check your sent messages and replies in Message Center.
Your Message Center Inbox can hold unlimited messages. Messages from the last 30 days are listed in your Inbox, while all prior messages are stored chronologically and can be accessed by using the drop-down menu on the tool bar. Inquiries and Quotations older than 3 months will be automatically deleted.
This is a handy tool to help you create, manage and organize your list of valuable Redpages.ph contacts, and save time in corresponding with business associates on the list.
With "Contact List" you can add a new contact, by taking the following steps:
- Sign in with your Member ID and password at My Redpages.
- From your Inbox, check a contact that you want to add and click "Add to Contact List" button.
